@eric.hamill Just want to add my 5 cents. Yes, they have some market base salary ~ $150,000 but they have also RSU (restricted stock units) grants and it might be over $300k extra in 4 years which is approximately ~$75000 annually and ~ $15000 bonus. The total might be over $250,000 and more.
